Transactions, Status, and Execution Types

The primary order transactions managed by the processing pipeline are:

• New

• Amend

• Cancel

• Mass Cancel

• Execution

These transactions may be initiated by user requests or automatically by the Chronicle Matching Engine (see next section).

At any given time, an order can have one of the following statuses, listed in order of precedence (highest to lowest):

• Filled

• Cancelled

• Expired

• Partially Filled

• New

• Rejected

• Suspended (not currently on the order book, e.g., parked Stop/Stop Limit)
